Problem Note 54155: SAS® Merchandise Data Integration generates "SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initialization..."

SAS Merchandise Data Integration fails to load data in a non-partitioned table. During the load, SAS Merchandise Data Integration does not wait for the delete process to finish before attempting to upload the data. When this issue occurs, the following errors are generated in the log:
SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initialization
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
Before loading data into a non-partitioned table, run the following procedures on the table:
- maxdata.p_db_make_tablespace
- maxdata.p_db_make_table_partition
